Hi, I’m Lexi—a passionate mental health therapist dedicated to helping others find healing, hope, and purpose. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Montclair State University, and for me, therapy is much more than a career…it’s a calling.
I believe that every person deserves a safe, supportive space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Drawing from mindfulness-based practices and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients build self-awareness, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for them.
As a clinician at BlueCrest Recovery Center, I work with individuals navigating substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and co-occurring conditions. I understand that recovery is not one-size-fits-all, and I am passionate about helping clients rediscover their strengths, build resilience, and create fulfilling lives beyond addiction and emotional struggles.
Prior to joining BlueCrest, I had the privilege of working with both children and adults in a variety of clinical settings. These experiences provided me with a strong foundation in understanding the unique challenges individuals face throughout different stages of life and continue to shape the therapist I am today.
Outside of the therapy room, my background as a competitive dancer taught me the importance of expression, discipline, and finding healthy outlets that bring joy and balance. I believe that engaging in meaningful activities and prioritizing self-care can be powerful parts of the healing process.
I’m especially passionate about helping clients reconnect with themselves by nurturing the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re beginning your recovery journey, working through anxiety or depression, or simply looking to better understand yourself, my goal is to provide a space where you feel supported, challenged, and encouraged every step of the way. I truly believe that with the right tools, support, and self-belief, meaningful change is possible, and I am honored to be part of that journey with you.
