Our Treatment Programs

Our Treatment Programs Treating addiction begins with an assessment by a licensed, trained clinician to determine the intensity of treatment needed for each individual. BlueCrest has multiple levels of care to treat anyone suffering from alcohol or substance use disorders. In any instances where our services do not meet the needs of a client, we will facilitate a referral to an appropriate program or facility.

MULTIPLE OPTIONS,
EXPERT CARE

We remain committed to expert care, evidence-based therapy, and a recovery focused on Mind, Body, and Spirit across all treatment programs at BlueCrest. Additionally, each program incorporates individual, group, and family therapy to ensure that recovery becomes a process built on a caring and supportive community, not isolation or stigma.

Partial Care Program (PHP)

BlueCrest’s partial care is our most intensive treatment program, meeting five days per week (M-F) from 9 am to 3 pm. Clients in our partial care program are fully immersed into treatment for their substance abuse and/or co-occurring disorders through a structured, comprehensive curriculum. A few of the many treatment modalities we offer are group therapy, psychoeducational classes, 12-step instruction, one-on-one sessions, meditation and yoga. Our partial care and IOP programs incorporate family sessions and a weekly family night with a 12-step meeting to encourage our clients’ loved ones to be part of their treatment.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Clients in our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) meet either three or five days per week dependent on the level of care needed. Day sessions run 9 am to 12 pm M-F and we offer three evening sessions from 6 pm to 9 pm on M, W and F to accommodate clients who are working during the day. Intensive outpatient services are based on the same treatment modalities as partial care. Clients in our IOP program are initially assessed by the clinical team as requiring less treatment hours per week or have completed our partial care program.

Outpatient Program (OP)

Clients in our outpatient program meet one to two times per week in the day or evening. Outpatient treatment provides ongoing clinical support as clients continue to build their own 12-step recovery programs or adjust to an independent life after transitioning from a halfway house or sober living. Clients in our outpatient program continue to have regular contact with a counselor and are provided with ongoing individual therapy.

Family Program

The Family Program at BlueCrest consists of the weekly Family Support Group and at least one individual family/couple’s sessions if requested. The family members are provided with skills to focus on themselves while communicating their feelings in a way in which they can help to heal themselves instead of focusing on the illusion of having control over the addicted patient.

Intervention Services

If a loved one is struggling with alcohol or drug abuse, you want to do everything you can to help them. But because the nature of addiction is so powerful, you may feel helpless and confused about how to proceed.

Those who struggle with an addiction may be unable to recognize or acknowledge their illness or may be unwilling to seek treatment. Most of the time, denial stands in the way of seeing how badly their disease has impacted themselves, their loved ones and their lives.

Program Services

Case Management

Our case management services at BlueCrest far surpass the standards of a typical treatment setting. We want our clients to focus on treatment and not focus on issues outside of the program. Our full-time case manager is an Attorney at Law. All clients have access to scheduling case management appointments to assist with FMLA and disability paperwork, legal issues, employment services and resume building, scheduling off-site medical and dental appointments and finding sober living and aftercare services.

Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT)

BlueCrest believes that utilizing Vivitrol can be greatly beneficial to our client’s recovery process. We will assist with all necessary pre-testing, screening, ordering and administering of the initial and follow-up Vivitrol injections. BlueCrest does not prescribe suboxone nor do we endorse its use for maintenance purposes.

Aftercare Services

Aftercare services are a crucial component to post-treatment recovery as clients progress from outpatient services to independent living. We recommend all clients fully participate in a 12-step recovery program. In addition we help facilitate aftercare referrals for medical, mental health, employment and legal services among other client needs.

Detox Referrals

When appropriate, we recommend all clients struggling with acute addiction undergo a medically-monitored detoxification program and can provide appropriate referrals to expert providers.

Dual Diagnosis

For clients struggling with co-occurring addiction and mental health challenges, we provide dual diagnosis services to better manage their complex and interconnected needs.

Interventions

We provide intervention services for families struggling to get a loved one enrolled in treatment, providing a solution-oriented process that helps motivate and empower participants.

Family Therapy

Our family therapy program helps involve family members in their loved one’s treatment, equipping them with vital skills to help support an ongoing and healthy recovery.

We accept most major insurance carriers and will work with you to help manage your deductibles and copays.  If you do not have insurance, we will work with you to make affordable payments based on a sliding scale according to income.

Research supports the efficacy of group therapy for the treatment of addiction.  To that end, most of our treatment is done in groups (both large 20 people max and smaller 4 people).  In addition, our clinicians will be meeting with every client at least once per month, regardless of the level of care.  Some clients may require more individual therapy.  The treatment team will review this and make the clinically appropriate decision.

YES!  Your clinician will work with you to arrange for either individual family therapy sessions and/or multi-family group therapy.

BlueCrest Recovery Center will conduct an assessment, or level of care evaluation. The goal is to determine the appropriate level of care to meet the client’s individual needs and to provide a recommendation.

Yes, in fact patients with moderate co-occurring illnesses tend to be very successful in our program.  Every client that comes to our facility receives a psychological evaluation to determine any issues. If there are any psychiatric issues determined, we will develop a dual diagnosis treatment plan that will be individualized for each client.

BlueCrest Recovery adheres to the highest treatment standards established by its accrediting agencies. BlueCrest is currently accredited by Joint Commission and   The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities also known as CARF. These governing agencies certify that our services are consistently meeting rigorous treatment standards and to ensure the highest quality of care is always being provided.

A treatment day at BlueCrest consists of three one-hour groups for Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) clients and five one-hour groups for Partial Care Program (PCP) clients. Group schedules for all treatment days are outlined by a clinical curriculum that integrates a multitude of the treatment modalities we offer. Our therapists will conduct weekly individual sessions with each client. These one-on-one sessions most often occurs during treatment hours in lieu of a group session. BlueCrest’s clinical schedule offers comprehensive and diverse therapeutic approaches including, among many others, process (discussion) group, 12-step education/didactic groups, yoga and meditation sessions and life skills training.

BlueCrest is dedicated to healing families as well as the individual client. Our Family Program more casually referred to as “Family Night,” is a weekly meeting held every Wednesday night from 6pm to 9pm. Family night is open to the public, so anyone may attend to experience the positive and energetic atmosphere of our treatment center. Our licensed clinicians facilitate a process or educational group for family members from 6pm to 7:15pm. Family members are encouraged to stay for our 12-step educational group at 7:30pm. Client’s also participate in this 12-step meeting, giving family members with loved ones in treatment the opportunity to spend time with them. And we always provide food! So, please come early to eat and sit with some of our staff.

The last Wednesday of the month is a special night when we celebrate clean and sober time for current and past clients. The 6pm discussion group on the last Wednesday is attended by both clients and loved ones for a multi-family session. With written consent from the client, BlueCrest Recovery Center will schedule family session during this time or schedule a family session at a different time that is more convenient for you.

Transitioning from treatment to independent living is a common relapse trigger. BlueCrest’s multiple levels of care are intended to gradually “step-down” clinical structure as clients build independence and grow their 12-step program. Clinicians and our Case Manager will assist in making any necessary aftercare referrals for continued care including but not limited to psychiatrists, doctors and therapists.
