Rick MosesRick is a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor and a Licensed Social Worker. He began his career in Sales and Marketing working at companies like Sony Music Entertainment and Virgin Mobile USA. He had a passion for helping people and, after 16 years in the business world he changed careers and began his journey in social work in 2011.

Rick received his Masters in Social work from Rutgers University and he has been providing client-centered treatment to those struggling with substance use and mental health disorders for the past seven years. He began his professional career in addictions treatment at Touchstone Hall in Rockleigh, NJ working with adolescent boys with substance use and behavioral issues. He has also worked in residential treatment facilities such as Straight and Narrow in Paterson, where he was the Men’s Program Coordinator, and Endeavor House in Kearney, NJ where he was the Clinical Coordinator for the Residential and Outpatient substance use treatment programs.

He most recently worked at the New Jersey chapter of the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependency where he was the Bergen County Care Coordinator for the Substance Abuse Initiative and Behavioral Health Initiative. Rick is versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and 12-Step Philosophy. He believes that we all have the sometimes-untapped ability to change, overcome obstacles and achieve self-actualization.

Rick currently resides in Bergen County with his family.
