Nick began his working career in finance for Compass USA doing loss prevention, and later moved into marketing and business development. He worked in Seton Hall Athletics department in 2015 where he managed and developed all social media platforms and coordinated an outreach program for fundraising programs with alumni. For the last three years he was the assistant of marketing and development in the athletic department for Fairleigh Dickinson where he had numerous responsibilities that included implementing and developing a community outreach program, soliciting and maintaining business partnerships with corporate and local businesses, and fundraising for the athletic fund through engaging and soliciting donors.
In 2016, Nick graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Seton Hall University. Also, he received Cum Laude honors in 2018 when he obtained his Master’s in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Ever since his journey in recovery started in 2013, he has helped hundreds of alcoholics and addicts find the same path to permanent recovery that he was shown. After enjoying a career in business, Nick felt like something was missing especially after losing so many loved ones including numerous family members to the disease of addiction. He was yearning to make a bigger impact and wanted to dedicate his life to helping others who were struggling with disease. Nick believed there was no better time to do that than now. He couldn’t pass up the opportunity to work alongside many of his great friends who have the same common goal, to show others who are suffering that permanent recovery is possible. He is very grateful for the opportunity, he believes his background in marketing and development can make a big impact to the team at BlueCrest.
In Nick’s free time, he enjoys spending time with family, being a role model for his cousin who has never met her parents due to the disease of addiction, and he loves to play golf, basketball and softball with friends.
