Sarah is a Licensed Associate Counselor in the state of New Jersey. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Drew University and her master’s degree in counseling from Montclair State University. For the past two years, Sarah has been working with the co-occurring and incarcerated population. Sarah has gained experience working with adolescents and adults in both outpatient and intensive outpatient levels of care. She has an integrative therapeutic style tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Her style combines Person-centered, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, and multiculturally informed interventions. She has worked with a diverse clientele, ranging in age, race, gender, and sexual identity. Sarah is dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters recovery, growth, and authenticity.
