Phoebe is a Licensed Associate Counselor in the state of New Jersey. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Gettysburg College and her master’s degree in counseling from New York University. For the past six years, Phoebe has been working with the Co-Occurring population in various treatment environments. Phoebe fosters strong therapeutic alliances with her clients by utilizing person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and motivational interviewing techniques. Dedicated to helping those with both substance abuse and mental health disorders, Phoebe specializes her treatment approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. Phoebe has gained experience at detox, residential, and outpatient levels of care, and works hard to empower the client throughout the recovery process.
