Whether it is because you are anxious, ashamed, or uncertain, our trained and caring staff will be able to answer all of your questions, gather some basic information, and schedule you for your complete individualized assessment in a timely fashion. Once you have identified that either you or someone you love is in need of addiction treatment, BlueCrest Recovery Center strives to make the process as smooth and as easy as possible. The following 3-step process explains the basic steps in starting a life of recovery:
1 — During the first phone call, you will speak directly with one of our intake specialists. The purpose of this call is to gather basic information to help us help you. Having a better picture of you and what you are struggling with enables us to tailor your course of treatment to meet your specific needs.
2 — Once we have gathered all pertinent information, we will handle verifying and reviewing your insurance benefits. This process is done quickly and usually takes about an hour or less to complete. We will then go over your benefits with you and develop a customized admission plan. If you do not have insurance, private pay options are available.
3 — We will then schedule your intake appointment where you will begin your journey to a life of recovery. You will participate in a full assessment with one of our highly skilled clinicians in order to develop a customized and individualized treatment plan.
